• Diarrhea.

• Bone and joint infection like Osteomyelitis and Arthritis.

• Infections caused by placement of instruments such as prostheses, plates and screws (After surgical infection)

• Resistant urinary tract infection.

• Sexually transmitted infections.

• Screening tests after suspicious relationship.
